SOLARA is a single origin coffee from the Tarrazu region in Costa Rica. This high grown coffee is ‘honey’ processed, meaning it rests in a mucilage of it’s own fruit and left to dry. The result is a sweet, syrupy shot with notes of ripe stone fruit and citrus. This one is a limited seasonal offering at this stage, well worth a try!
