BIRDSONG is a single origin coffee sourced from the lush western Highlands of Guatemala. This balanced, sweet coffee exhibits prominent flavour notes of crisp green apple and velvety caramel in the cup.

DAYBREAK is sourced from the volcanic Galeras region in Columbia. These beans offer a delightful combination of rich chocolate, vanilla, and cocoa flavors. Roasted to a late medium depth, Daybreak offers a bold, well rounded cup.

ZENITH is an Ethiopian heirloom coffee that is wild-picked from the scenic southwestern highlands. Sun-dried on raised beds, this exceptional coffee showcases a vibrant flavor profile that presents floral aromatics off the grinder and a burst of tropical fruit and berries in the cup. Ethiopia Ardi captures the true essence of Ethiopian coffee, delivering a rich and distinctive coffee experience.

SIERRA is a single estate high grown coffee from the base of the Andes in Peru, and is certified organic at origin. The cup consists of buttery pecan, rich molasses, and the delicate sweetness of stone fruit, that leaves a lingering and satisfying mid-palate profile.

Note: All beans are roasted to a degree of medium roast depth, ideally for espresso, and only available in whole bean.
